5.1 The terms of the CashPoints Bonus Program apply until December 31, 2020. They may then be amended or renewed until December 31, 2021. The Bonus Program is valid only if not in violation with local legal guidelines.

5.2 This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Norway.
